Theatre Hall Booking Rates: the whole building. Hourly Rate Weekdays only £20 (minimum hire 2hrs) Full-Day Rate Weekdays £100 Full-Day Rate Weekends £150 Long Weekend £500 (Fri-Mon) The Theatre Hall has a charming original working stage and a lovely sprung dancefloor. A Piano and drop-down Film Screen add to the entertainment possiblities for your event. Good Wi-Fi and Broadband allows for live streaming and card payment facilities. Double doors lead to an Events Lawn and the Quiet Garden, perfect for outdoor activities and summer celebrations. The Kitchen and Meeting Room link to the Theatre Hall giving through traffic flow and easy management for catering, and setting up The Meeting Room café or conference-style gives an additional, more intimate dining option for events taking place in the Theatre Hall. It is possible to curtain off the Stage to allow performers private access to the Meeting Room for use as a Green Room/Dressing Room. Hiring the full Hall includes the use of tables, chairs, kitchen crockery and glasses. Please see Accessories page for more details. Off-street parking is available to the front of the Hall. Management: Please liaise with the VH Committee for smooth management of your event. For larger events or weekend bookings we can work with you to create a design that makes the most of the space to suit the style of your event. Practicalities: Space: Hall dimensions (tbc) Meeting Room (tbc) Capacity: Seating capacity 120 in the Hall. Meeting Room 40. Larger capacity for non-seated and indoor/outdoor events (please discuss numbers before booking.) Accessibility: Wheelchair access to the Hall via a ramp through side doors and a grassy slope to the Events Lawn. Please note: we do not as yet have disabled toilet facilities (a fundraising campaign is in progress to address this.) A hearing loop is available in the Theatre Hall only.
