The Meeting Room Hire : Hourly Rate Weekdays only £15 (minimum hire 2hrs) Full-Day Rate Weekdays £75 Full-Day Rate Weekends £125 Long Weekend (Fri-Mon) £450 The Meeting Room can be booked separately and provides a more intimate and practical space ideal for meetings and small conference settings. Good Wi-fi and fast Broadband for business, Zoom and live streaming. This room is regularly used for Parish Council meetings, Government Elections and local society AGMs. An integral Kitchen allows for light catering and the space can also be set café-style for coffee mornings and tea parties. Low tables and stacking chairs available for young children. Hiring the Meeting Room includes the use of a variety of tables, chairs, kitchen crockery and glasses by arrangement. Off-street parking is available to the front of the Hall. Please contact us to discuss your ideas and enquire about availability. Ask about Membership Rates for repeat or block-bookings. NOTES: Minimum hire for the Meeting Room is two hours (weekdays only.) Hire of the Meeting Room on the weekday rates does not give access to the Theatre Hall or Events Lawn. Weekend rates are more expensive as they have to match hire of the whole venue and do include the use of the Theatre Hall and Events Lawn. (The Theatre Hall cannot be booked without access to the kitchen, therefore as a charity, we have to keep the value of a weekend booking.) Practicalities: Space: Theatre Hall dimensions (tbc) Meeting Room (tbc) Events Lawn (tbc) Capacity: Seating capacity 120 in the Hall. Meeting Room 40. Larger capacity for non-seated and indoor/outdoor events (please discuss numbers before booking.) Accessibility: Wheelchair access to the Hall via a ramp through side doors and a grassy slope to the Events Lawn. Please note: we do not as yet have disabled toilet facilities (a fundraising campaign is in progress to address this.) A hearing loop is available in the Theatre Hall only. Management: Please liaise with the VH Committee for smooth management of your event. For larger events or weekend bookings we can work with you to create a design that makes the most of the space to suit the style of your event.
