Accessories Hire Charges: please contact us. Our Basics: available as standard with all bookings. Tables x 18. Dimensions 6' x 3'. Lightweight with folding legs for ease of carrying. Formica faux wood top for practicality. The tables look good teamed with our crisp white tablecloths. Café tables x 6: Dimensions 3'x3'. White plastic resin tables with folding legs. Look good teamed with our smaller vintage gingham or plain white tablecloths. Chairs: Comfortable folding black chairs x 80 on wheeled trolleys. Additional chairs available (non-matching.) The Theatre Hall can seat 120. Kitchen: Kettles and a small 10L tea urn. Teapots and cafetières, tea and coffee cups and saucers. Dinner and side plates. Serving dishes. Wine and beer glasses, tumblers. Basic ss cutlery. Extras to Hire: Prices are from £10 per day but packages can be arranged to suit your booking. Coronation Tea Urn: a new 30L tea urn is available to hire for larger events. Cut glass serving dishes and jugs. Ice cream coupes in ss or cut glass. Tablecloths: we charge the cost of a professional cleaning fee to hire our tablecloths. AV and PA system for indoor/outdoor music and entertainment. Bunting and flags: a quantity of Union Jack bunting, ribbons and flags are available (as in Jubilee photos.) Vintage summer-style bunting may be available to hire, please ask. Management: Please liaise with the VH Committee for smooth management of your event. For larger events or weekend bookings we can work with you to create a design that makes the most of the space to suit the style of your event.
