09 FEBRUARY 2025: EXPERIMENTAL LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY.
Speaker Amy-Marie Gladding. Looking at the Suffolk coastline. Talk with demonstration.
Experimental Landscape Photography with a focus on East Suffolk.
AMY MARIE GLADDING talks about her work and alternative processes, demonstrating how to make the Anthotypes used in her practice. Anthotype images use light sensitive plant matter, a process invented by Mary Somerville in 1842.
Join in and observe a demonstration on how to create Anthotype prints, with a few organic ingredients and a bit of patience. Reconnect with nature and produce a beautiful handmade image from your own plant paints and dyes.
TICKETS: £10 to include refreshments. Doors open 1.30pm. Free parking at the Hall.
Please arrive with enough time to join us for a Welcome with mugs of lovely hot tea and cake.
Talk begins at 2pm.
