Earl Soham Parish Council is hosting a community clean up of Earl Soham to remove litter from our streets, pathways and riverbanks. Following the success of the first litter-pick in January and the shocking amount of rubbish collected, the PC purchased litter-picking equipment and plan this as a twice-yearly event.

Meet at 11am at Earl Soham Village Hall for a quick cup of tea or coffee, cake and route map.

Finish 1.30pm at the village hall for a hearty mug of delicious home-made hot soup served with chunks of fresh bread.

Community event and sociable village get-together. Suitable for all ages...families welcome.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear...let us hope for an Indian Summer but there may be light rain.

Wellingtons would be useful for those who would like to tackle cleaning the stream.

The litter-pick will only be postponed if heavy rain forecast. All equipment supplied.
